DSC 2032ORLANDO, Fla. – It was the most successful conference in years. The four-day DRJ Spring 2019 event featured 65 sessions and 85 speakers, 80 exhibitor booths, and countless networking opportunities. More than 900 attendees pushed the total over 1,000 participants for the exclusive conference.

“After all of these years, we’re still excited to see the continued growth of our shows,” said Disaster Recovery Journal President Bob Arnold.

The Orlando conference was DRJ’s 60th event since the company’s inception in 1987.

DSC 2378“The last few years, our staff has injected a new, exciting energy into our events,” said Arnold. “Not only do we offer the largest, highest quality events we also have the most fun doing it. Several of our attendees and vendors joined in to create a massive social media whirlwind around the event.”

Attendees did more than just tweet and collect business cards at the premier business continuity event. They networked, interacted, and connected with like-minded professionals while enjoying the amazing accommodations, food, and scenic setting of Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Attendees worked with experts to gain the latest industry information, participated in interactive sessions that included real-world scenarios, and gained skills from numerous resourceful workshops.

Our speakers shared strategies that will surely strengthen many businesses. Attendees gained countless ideas and solutions to help their organizations in the multi-faceted areas of business continuity and disaster recovery.”

DRJ conferences always get their fair share of new industry professionals but the heralded Senior Advanced Track was standing-room-only at DRJ Spring 2019. This special track gave the industry’s most advanced planners a chance to interact with C-level personnel and other advanced practitioners.
