Auvik’s New Innovations Transform IT Automation and Network Visibility for IT Teams and Users

by Jon Seals | March 21, 2025 | | 0 comments

Automation and observability capabilities bring enterprise-grade solutions to mid-market and MSPs for frictionless IT

WATERLOO, Ontario – Auvik, an award-winning IT solutions provider, today announced several innovative capabilities in SaaS automation, endpoint network visibility, and server monitoring, granting IT teams and MSPs even greater visibility and control. Specifically, Auvik has added:

  • SaaS Automation and SaaS License Optimization capabilities within its Auvik SaaS Management solution.
  • Endpoint Network Monitoring that allows IT teams to support end users regardless of where and how employees are working, empowering distributed and hybrid workforces.
  • Expanded Server Monitoring capabilities to provide deeper visibility into Windows server environments.

Auvik’s IT Operations platform is pioneering the delivery of enterprise-grade SaaS management and endpoint and server monitoring features to mid-market IT and MSPs. Collectively, these new innovations allow customers to consolidate toolsets and get network, server, and SaaS management solutions all in one platform.

“Auvik’s commitment to continuous innovation is truly embodied by these advancements in SaaS automation, endpoint network visibility and server monitoring,” said Doug Murray, CEO, Auvik. “All of these capabilities were developed by closely working with our customers to understand the solutions and features they need to better manage diverse IT environments, gain greater visibility and efficiency, and uncover hidden opportunities for cost savings.”

Next Generation SaaS Automation and License Optimization

New Auvik SaaS management capabilities enable IT administrators to strengthen security and reduce unnecessary SaaS expenses. As Shadow AI tools infiltrate organizations, a clear view of SaaS usage helps IT teams mitigate security risks, ensure compliance, and prevent unvetted AI applications from introducing vulnerabilities. Now, IT teams can control access and meet security requirements with automated security and compliance features. And, with up to 30% of the $2-5K per employee annual SaaS spend wasted, IT teams are uniquely positioned to uncover significant savings, allowing businesses to reinvest in AI, security, and other high-priority initiatives. Auvik’s SaaS Automation and License Optimization features include 20+ pre-built integrations with critical SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft O365, Salesforce, and Zoom.

Endpoint Network Monitoring: Complementary to Traditional RMMs

Auvik Endpoint Network Monitoring, a feature added to the Auvik Network Management platform, extends network visibility to the endpoint, across remote and hybrid work environments to help IT teams manage and improve the end-user experience on Windows and Mac OS devices. Auvik’s Endpoint Network Monitoring solution complements the visibility gaps found in traditional Remote Monitoring and Management platforms and Network Monitoring Software to give MSPs and IT teams a complete picture of workstation connectivity – no matter where they are.

IT teams solve more help desk tickets without needing to escalate and reduce mean-time-to-resolution with visibility to easily diagnose and troubleshoot end-user issues such as latency and throughput, WiFi health, speed, and more. IT teams can also diagnose cloud applications connectivity and availability, and identify historical trends in critical application connectivity.

Server Monitoring: Consolidated Insights and Troubleshooting

At the request of customers, Auvik has improved its Server Monitoring capabilities in its Auvik Network Management platform, providing customers with visibility into Windows servers. In a recent survey of IT professionals, 74% reported using a separate tool for server monitoring, which contributes to tool sprawl. Now, Auvik customers can receive proactive alerts and view an inventory of servers all in one place.
