CAI Named on the Forbes Best Employers for Diversity 2022 List

by DRJ Editorial Team | April 26, 2022 | | 0 comments

ALLENTOWN, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CAI, a global technology services firm, today announced that it has been recognized on Forbes’s Best Employers for Diversity 2022 list. This prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

Forbes Best Employers for Diversity were selected based on Statista’s innovative methodology, guaranteeing unbiased results and providing reliable insights. Over 60,000 U.S. employees were surveyed in companies with a minimum of 1,000 employees to identify The Best Employers for Diversity. Employers were evaluated on four criteria:

  • Direct recommendations about survey participants’ employers based on a series of statements regarding age, gender equality, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQ+ and general diversity. Recommendations of women, elders and ethnic minorities were weighted higher than non-majority groups.
  • Indirect recommendations about other employers’ diversity in participants’ employers’ industries that stand out either positively or negatively with regard to diversity.
  • Diversity among top executives based on the share of women in executive positions.
  • Various diversity engagement indicators of objective and publicly available diversity information.

“We are relentlessly committed to celebrating our similarities and differences,” said Tammy Harper, chief human resources officer at CAI. “Our diverse workforce brings ingenuity and innovation. Through new ideas and varying perspectives, we can think outside the box, challenge the status quo, strengthen camaraderie and ultimately elevate business and employment strategies. Our employee experience is inclusive and equitable because we meet our people where they are at work and in life.”

The Forbes Best Employers for Diversity marks CAI’s one of many diversity and social responsibility awards. Past honors include Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion and the top score on the Disability Equality Index by Disability:IN in July 2021, the Impact Award by Melwood Ability Awards for Neurodiverse Solutions, an end-to-end neurodiversity employment program, in August 2021, and several regional awards for Top Workplaces by Energage.
