by Jon Seals | February 28, 2019 | Uncategorized | 0 comments

NicoleHoyleFairchildRSORLANDO, Fla. – Fairchild Resiliency Systems, an industry-leading, full-service business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) consulting firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Hoyle, MBCP, CISA to the position of director of business continuity and disaster recovery.

In her new position, Hoyle will oversee platform integration and optimization for MaestroRS™, Fairchild’s innovative software solution that operationalizes business continuity and disaster recovery, allowing organizations to leverage standard workflows and establish a culture of resilience. Hoyle will ensure the platform’s ease of adoption, ongoing use, overall efficiency and automation within day-to-day operations.

Hoyle has more than 20 years of experience in the IT and the BC/DR field, including program testing, maintenance and oversight. Prior to joining Fairchild, Hoyle led a global business continuity program at a Fortune 500 IT services company, where she successfully implemented a robust program to support both internal and client operations. The plan focused on managing risk, protecting the company and stakeholders, redefining enterprise resiliency on behalf of the company’s clients, and working closely with federal and local governments to ensure synchronization of response capabilities.

“Nicole is a proven leader and has overseen business continuity program development and implementations for organizations across the world,” said Aaron Callaway, managing director, Fairchild Resiliency Systems. “During this time of organizational growth, we believe our clients and employees will continue to thrive and benefit from her vast experience, strategic thinking and leadership.”

Hoyle earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University. She also earned the Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) certification from Disaster Recovery Institute International, is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and is ITIL Foundations certified.
