Rice recognized by BCI Americas for the third consecutive year
CHICAGO – Fusion Risk Management, Inc. (“Fusion”), a leading provider of business continuity and risk management software and services, today announced its Vice President of Customer Engagement, Tracey Forbes Rice, received the Industry Personality of the Year Award, Americas by the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) for a third consecutive year. The Personality of the Year Award honors those who have brought a high level of value to the continuity and resilience industry over the past year, as well as those who serve as ambassadors of the business continuity discipline.
“This award is a special honor for me, and to receive it for the third time in a row is truly humbling! I am proud to be a part of such an amazing community that works hard to share experiences, advice, and information to help people, companies, and our worlds to be resilient.” Rice said. “Our industry is packed with talented and dedicated professionals, and I would not be anywhere without the mentors and peers who have given me guidance and inspiration throughout my career. This award is just as much theirs as it is mine.”
Rice joined the Fusion team in 2016 to lead customer engagement and brought with her more than 20 years of experience in business continuity, product development, and product management. Rice is also a dedicated member of the business continuity community, serving as a Board Member of the DRJ Editorial Advisory Board, Chairperson of the DRJ Career Development Committee, BCI Vice-Chair of the US Chapter Content Committee, and an active member of the Philadelphia Network of Women in Careers in Technology.

The Business Continuity Institute is a non-profit organization that sets guidelines, trains professionals, and gathers research for the business continuity industry. Previously, Rice was inducted as an Honorary Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) at the BCI World Conference in 2018. In addition, Fusion was inducted into the BCI Hall of Fame in 2017, which is reserved for people and organizations who have made outstanding contributions to the industry and have won three BCI awards in the same category. Fusion won Continuity & Resilience Provider (Service/Product), Americas 2013, 2016, 2017 and Continuity & Resilience Provider Global 2016.
