LONDON – HDI Global SE-UK and Ireland (HDI) is pleased to announce that Arvind Drubhra will take up the role of Director of Operations, effective 7th June.
In this new role, Drubhra will be responsible for HDI’s Technical Operations, Claims Operations, Global Servicing and IT & Change teams and will report directly to Managing Director Claire McDonald.
Drubhra joins HDI from AGCS in London where, for the past 16 years, he has worked in a number of senior Operations, Transformation and Technology roles, most recently in the Global Process Management function looking after Process Oversight, Productivity Management and Enterprise Data Quality.
On Drubhra’s appointment, McDonald said: “This is an important time for HDI, as we renew our focus on improving processes, data quality and technical delivery to ensure we provide the best experience possible to our broker partners and clients. Arvind’s expertise will be hugely valuable in navigating us on our journey to operational excellence both on a local and global level.”

Drubhra has over 25 years of experience in the Insurance industry, holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and graduated in Computer Systems Engineering from University of East Anglia in 1996.
