New Chief Operating Officer and Chief Sales Officer Bring Expertise and Experience to the New Multi-Peril Disaster Coverage Company
West Des Moines, Iowa – Recoop Disaster Insurance (Recoop) is proud to announce the addition of two longtime insurance industry experts to its roster with the addition of Jeffrey Marshall as Chief Operating Officer and Kelly Anonson as Executive Chief of Sales. With the number and financial impact of natural disasters on the rise, the Recoop team has been expanding rapidly to extend its unique multi-peril disaster coverage product to more people coast to coast.
Prior to joining Recoop, Jeff spent more than 20 years in the reinsurance industry, most recently with Guy Carpenter. He’s worked in a variety of capacities including corporate accounting, analytics/catastrophe modeling, and most recently as a broker where he managed the marketing and placement of the Recoop reinsurance program. Jeff received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
Kelly also brings more than 20 years of insurance industry experience and was most recently responsible for the national expansion of Principal Financial Group’s life, disability, and group benefit sales through strategic partnerships with Brokered General Agencies, Broker Dealers, and Insurance Marketing Organizations. Kelly also spent nine years at Marsh providing brokerage and consulting services to Fortune 1000 clients in the employee benefit space. Kelly received her BA from the University of Northern Iowa and her MBA from the University of Phoenix.
