Strategic launch by Ripcord Solutions provides unprecedented, practical, and usable business continuity practitioner training
TUSTIN, Calif. – Ripcord, LLC, or better known as Ripcord Solutions, the largest provider of customized business continuity training courses used by practitioners to train the rest of their organization, announces the launch of Lambert Learning Institute, a start-up business continuity practitioner training company.
When Ripcord first started, we focused on training business continuity practitioners. Our customers suggested we develop training they could use to train the rest of the organization. Almost immediately, we found that using professionally designed virtual training courses to engage people in the business units catapulted their participation. With 15 years of training development experience, over 150 clients and over 500 training modules later, Ripcord is the leading training development company in the business continuity industry.
Phil Lambert founded Ripcord Solutions, headquartered in Mountlake Terrace, WA in 2005. About a year later, Phil’s son Paul Lambert joined the company and quickly became one of the best designers of on-line training in the country and has influenced Ripcord’s growth and success ever since.
With Ripcord continuing to grow under Paul’s leadership, Phil can return to his first love – training and equipping professional business continuity practitioners. Our vision is to create an uncommon path to practitioner success. To provide a road map beyond just knowing what to do, but actually how to do it by providing the right tactics, tools, and training for the professional practitioner.
About Lambert Learning Institute
Lambert Learning delivers results by facilitating instructor lead courses, virtual classrooms, eLearning, mobile learning, and blended learning. Our focus is the success of the individual because every organization requires practitioners to be properly trained, sufficiently motivated to execute the planning process, and to promote the value of continuity planning to day-to-day operations. Our alignment to industry needs are Practitioner Skills & Competencies, Program Strategies & Methodologies, a Service Delivery Model, and Governance, Compliance, & Maturity in order to simplify the complex, prioritize the essential, and cut the planning process in half.
Phil Lambert is a trusted adviser and innovative thought leader to BC Professionals in optimizing their programs through training, education, and advisory services.
