StaffCircle Launches 360 Degree Feedback Powered by Microsoft Azure

by Jon Seals | November 15, 2019 | | 0 comments

New module helps HR leaders deliver best-practice employee feedback process

LEICESTER, UK – StaffCircle today announced 360 degree feedback and appraisals, a new product in the company’s HR technology platform. The product is powered by Microsoft Azure and offers HR leaders a powerful new way to design and execute a feedback-based performance management system.

Features and benefits of StaffCircle 360 feedback include:

  • True 360-feedback from peers, managers, and customers
  • Custom appraisal templates to suit your business needs
  • Completion notifications for managers to review results
  • This all helps companies to create a high-performance culture effectively using continuous feedback from their employees.

“The launch of our 360 feedback module represents a big step forward for our performance management suite of tools”, says Mark Seemann, CEO at StaffCircle. “This has been the most requested feature from our clients, and we are delighted to bring it to market. We have built the functionality on Microsoft Azure, providing unrivalled stability. Our beta customers have already had a chance to test it and were impressed with the reliability that our system provides. We’re very excited to see how our early customers use this product.”

“Microsoft Azure helps StaffCircle deliver solutions that allow customers to focus more on their employee performance and less on managing servers”, said Arpan Shah, General Manager, Azure Product Marketing at Microsoft Corp. “StaffCircle’s 360 feedback performance management system addresses a variety of challenges faced by HR professionals while allowing customers to take advantage of the flexibility and enterprise-grade reliability that Azure provides.”

360 feedback is available immediately for all users of the StaffCircle Performance Management module. For more information on StaffCircle’s performance management tools, visit https://www.staffcircle.com/performance-management
