The 73rd DRJ conference, DRJ Fall 2025, was held Sept. 7-10 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Dallas. The event once again brought together the world’s leading voices in business continuity and resilience for four days of education, networking, and collaboration.
Learning Opportunities
Attendees had access to nearly 60 sessions featuring more than 100 expert speakers covering the latest issues in resilience. Several sessions explored the impact of artificial intelligence on the field, including how AI can be integrated into business continuity exercises to create virtually limitless scenarios.

Another popular session focused on the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), the groundbreaking regulatory framework reshaping resilience and risk management in financial services and beyond.
On the final day, Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Alfred K. Flowers, Sr.—the longest-serving airman in U.S. Air Force history—appeared on the main stage for a wide-ranging interview. He shared lessons on leadership under pressure, strategic decision-making, and organizational resilience. His inspiring perspective gave attendees practical tools to strengthen their leadership and guide their organizations during times of crisis.

Community and Connections
In addition to the sessions, the exhibit hall showcased the industry’s top resilience vendors and solution providers. Attendees explored products and services that can immediately strengthen operational resilience programs.
Networking remained one of the most valuable features of the conference. From structured events to informal conversations, the opportunities to connect with peers and exchange ideas continue to set DRJ conferences apart.

Sponsors and Supporters
The conference would not have been possible without the support of its sponsors. Platinum sponsors included Fusion Risk Management, Crisis 24, and Everbridge. Gold sponsors were 4C Strategies and Recovery Point. Silver sponsors included AlertMedia, BlackBerry Secure Communications, Connecta Satellite Solutions, eBRP Solutions, Expedient, MEO Continuity, MorganFranklin Consulting, Protecht, and Rock Dove Solutions. Bronze sponsors were CLDigital, Noggin, QS Consulting, Regroup, Riskonnect, Teleira Critical Communications, Veoci, and Wolf & Company.
“DRJ Fall 2025 was another outstanding event, and we could not have done it without our sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and especially our attendees,” said Bob Arnold, president of DRJ. “Our community continues to grow stronger, and it’s inspiring to see the level of collaboration, learning, and innovation that happens at each conference. We are proud to provide a space where resilience professionals can come together to share ideas and build the future of our field.”
