Being a Leader in the Organization’s Resilience in the light of COVID-19

With COVID-19, the profile of the Business Continuity practitioner has been raised. It is important that practitioners maintain a leadership role in increasing the organization’s resilience and adapt the business continuity program with the learnings of COVID-19.

BCM practitioners have a holistic view of the organization and its processes, critical activities, and key stakeholders and saw their plans in practice during COVID-19. In this session and by providing real-life examples, Marie-Hélène will demonstrate how to reflect the learnings of COVID-19 using the Business Continuity Institute BCM lifecycle and Good Practice Guidelines (GPG).
